Lovely Spa, my therapist was pleasant and I enjoyed my treatment although I did feel it was a little rushed through and no questions or feedback regarding my skin with my facial. The set lunch was a little heavy to eat before my treatment but overall a great day, nice facilities and we would return

Lovely relaxation room.
The Drift Away Massage was soothing and very relaxing.
Celeste was warm and friendly. Afterwards I shared an Afternoon Tea for one with my husband upstairs in the lounge/ bar area.
The staff were helpful and attentive. The tea was very tasty with a good selection of cakes and scones.
I have had this before and my only reservation is it would be nice to have a different choice of cakes as an option.
We would be more inclined to rebook if this was an option.

The staff are very friendly and informative. Everything was clean and calm. The treatments were great. We had the afternoon tea in the restaurant after and the staff seemed to pride themselves on their service.
