Lovely facial by Daniela. Only had a facial and there was not a lot of info about whether I should get changed or not, before I went into the treatment room. Otherwise, a lovely experience and a very good facial.

I received a voucher for a Work Out Massage - Full Body. My therapist Daniela was brilliant. She also respected the fact that I prefer silence to small talk while having my treatment. The fact that this was asked in the consultation paperwork at the start was a great touch and something I value.

Lovely treatment here. Really relaxing and wonderful atmosphere and surroundings. The relaxation room before and after was brilliant too! Therapist was very good, incredibly strong but listened and adjusted it when I needed a softer pressure. Would definitely go back.

Sadly, not the best service, from beginning to the end.
The treatments ( facial and hot stone massage) both completed in 35 mins.
We were not told we had to dress for lunch, until we arrived in the dining area. Previous spa days, we stay in our robes.
Personally it was poor service, the beautician was lovely, just a shame the facility didn't make the spa day special.
