On arrival felt very rushed and the lady was quite
abrupt when speaking to us. No-one told us where
to find the changing rooms for using the pool. Could not relax by the pool as only room for 3 loungers at the top end of pool. When we arrived was told our After-noon Tea was booked for 2.30,
went and sat in the Brasserie to then be told they
had ni record of the booking? Very strange as on
arrival you informed us of the time, eventually sorted by staff but by then the day was spoilt.
