Always enjoy visiting the Connaught Spa and leave feeling very relaxed. Staff are so friendly. Wendy was so helpful on our recent visit organising a gluten free lunch for my husband. She was very thorough and double checked everything with the head chef. Beautiful food and setting. Thank you.
The sauna was not working
You could only use the relaxation room just before and after your treatment. Was told we weren’t allowed to seat in the room
Pool area wasn’t enough loungers to sit! So you had no where to go
You couldn’t get a drink had to keep getting dressed to go upstairs.
Not everyone wants water in plastic cups all day !
Pool area needs updating.
It was supposed to be a nice relaxing day for my daughters 21st birthday. I will not be recommending the spa to anyone.
First visit, felt at ease straight away.
Massage & facial were wonderfully relaxing.

Could have been cleaner & it was looking tatty. Broken ceiling tiles, the Shower by the pool was very slow draining so you had to stand in other people's water, Sauna was out of order.
