I have had facial treatments at Bluewater Spa over the last 4 years on visits to The Connaught. All have been excellent, very relaxing and professional. The skincare range used and for sale at the spa is excellent. I always puchase something on my visits!

A lovely venue and great treatment.. The sauna unfortunately wasn’t working but the jacuzzi was full of sand with a big build up in the corners.
Loved my massage & facial with Daniela. Friendly & attentive. I left feeling happy and very relaxed. Thank you 🌺

Unfortunately the pool was definitely not 28 degrees as advertised and the sauna was out of order which we were not told about when we booked it the day before. There were not enough pool side loungers and they were extremely uncomfortable. Extremely disappointed and feel we wasted £212. We won't visit again
