Yet another wonderful spa day at Bluewater Spa (my 5th or 6th visit I think). Excellent lunch again (this time needing a gluten free, vegetarian meal which was delicious). I came home feeling very relaxed & pampered. Thank you.

Excellent spa and great service - the staff at the hotel expected us at every stage and were very friendly and hospitable (thank you Petra!) The facilities and massage were excellent.

Staff friendly, massage first rate, hotel food fabulous, nothing was too much.
Relaxation room could have been a little warmer with some twinkly ceiling lights to set the ambience a little more.
