We really enjoyed our Virgin Experience Day at Blue Water Spa. It was a perfect advert for the hotel and we will be booking a stay in the near future.

We had such a lovely afternoon tea, swim and treatment! Overall the day was fantastic. The only slight let down was when we went to go for a swim. The receptionist asked if we were hotel guests or members which we were not, consequently she told us swimming wasn’t available! As soon as we mentioned we had a treatment booked she realised the mistake and let us in- but it was a little awkward! That being said the rest of the visit was amazing and we would go straight back!
