Overall a very good experience. We did not recieve our juice on arrival as per our package but was later given it after enquiring. A little disapointed to find children in the pool. Limitations on sanua/steam/jacuzzi due to covid. All were busy on our arrival. No where to sit and no cups for water dispenser. However it did eventually empty and we were then able to access all and enjoyed it. Food was amazing, spa treatmet was also fantastic so made up for our initial concerns. Would visit again!

On the whole my experience was good. I did feel that the staff could of been friendlier. It wasn’t made clear where the changing rooms were or where robes could be obtained from so my partner and I both redressed after treatment before swimming.
The steam room and all the rooms where lovely but there was a grumpy man in the steam room moaning about the fact 3 girls had been in the jacuzzi for an hour and he’d given up waiting. Which kinda spoilt our vibe 😆
