My massage and hot stone treatment at the spa was amazing, the therapist was very skilled and worked at knots in my back and shoulders while still making the experience very relaxing.
The steam room and sauna were good and the staff everywhere we went were helpful, friendly and welcoming. My only criticism would be that the quality of the food for the afternoon tea were not quite so good. Also I recorded that my daughter had a nut allergy but think that one of the cakes on her tray had nuts in

Been here a few times and will be going again in the future. Great place, nice and clean. Treatments are amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Spa itself is a little dated.
Changing room :
Showers in changing room kept turning off every 10 seconds.
Hair in changing rooms.
Not enough cubicles in changing room to get changed in.
Room got quite hot, too hot to dry hair.
Restaurant is lovely! Decor is great, food is very good.
