The nail technicians all do fantastic work. It’s just a shame the main lady there is so rude and abrasive. I’ve gone 3 times, each time she has been rude about different things
1. She doesn’t like walk in’s
2. She doesn’t like you booking via Treatwell
3. I was given a voucher for £80, it had expired the week before, I had written ahead of time to ask if they will still honour it, it was confirmed they would and then when I got there, again she was rude, telling me off for not using it sooner
