I booked and prepaid for two treatments via Treatwell. Despite accommodating a request to arrive 30 mins early (with a 3-month-old baby), I was kept waiting 20 mins with no apology. I was questioned for booking via Treatwell, though I wasn’t late—they were. I was also recommended a new colour, only to be told at checkout it cost £10 extra—never mentioned beforehand. Disappointing and unfair.
