Shellac gel manicure - I'd booked the wrong thing which they couldn't resolve on the day but explained and sorted via credit on my account. One nail is chipped after less than a week but that's probably my fault! Stylist was very thorough and did a great job.

My nail designer (apologies forgot her name - Ukrainian lady) was great - while her English wasn’t strong she did everything she could to make sure I felt happy with the nails and treatment in general. Very detail orientated.
