I have been going to Oceania for lash lifts for a while because I have long lashes and Alina has a magical way of making them curl nicely. Recently, I had my lashes done by a different member of staff. Whilst the service was good, unfortunately I didn’t get as much of a lift to my lashes as I was expecting. The staff handled my disappointment professionally and arranged a follow up appointment, so I am hopeful next time will be better
