Treatment was okay but not worth their £70 price tag. I booked two treatments (£140) and upon arrival was told I could get £20 off as a new customer. The only way to do this was to refund my original payment and pay again. This £140 refund was processed as a £100 Treatwell voucher and £40 onto my original payment method. I now have a £100 voucher to spend but I’m down £80 in cash overall. Not ideal!
