This wasn't the same lady I had last time, despite rebooking under the same name. She didn't give me privacy to undress before my wax, the wax was too hot, and she used her nails as tweezers which is just unhygienic above anything else. She then used talc before and after the wax. Before is fine but using it afterwards causes pores to clog. I was really disappointed as my previous appointment was very positive.
