As usual, Lidiia is very pleasant and delivers an outstanding quality of service. On the other hand, Ariana can often come across as rude and in this particular instance, Oceania messed up with my booking appointments (mani+pedi) and Ariana made it sound as if it was my fault and this happened because I booked it through Treatwell - there was no apologies offered whatsoever and it ended with “if you have a problem speak to my Manager”.
