Well they certainly lost one customer as I will never go back to do my nails there again. The lady ( polish i believe ) was really rude and condescending and after telling me that what I wanted couldn’t be done and that what I had to settle for would look ugly she did a really bad at that too. I told her I didn’t want thick nails considering it was shellac yet they look so thick they could pass as fake. I have to book another appointment somewhere else to correct what she has done.
