I found the bench I was to use absolutely covered in hairs that were hidden beneath the tissue paper that had been placed on top. I got dressed again and informed the therapist but she didn't understand English & just replaced the tissue paper. Thankfully I found some disinfectant wipes & cleaned the bench myself. Towards the end of the treatment she realised the miscommunication & apologised to me but there had clearly been no attempt to clean down between clients at all. Painful wax also.
