nail technician did her best but salon can easily improve on - 1. Please get a good effective cuticle remover cream - and dont be shy to use it to Soften cuticles before pushing back and removing. This makes for less painful cuticle removal. Soaking in water is not effective enough
2. Please get a more robust toe nail clipper for pedicures. The only one available felt like it was about to break on my toenails
3. Please soak feet before attempting to remove hard skin on soles. This was painful
