The beauty therapist was wonderful, really lovely to chat to and made me feel very comfortable for my first visit to the salon. The wax itself was very fast and thorough and she did her best to minimise the pain. It was a great experience and I will certainly visit again.

In had eyelashes extension, kent is really nice, but the service and the quality it's really poor, the quality of the lashes it's horrible even if you take fake lashes in primark are more soft than that lashes, and she put a lot of glue, all the lashes stuck each other, they were so hard that hurt. I had to remove it, i tried with a lot of oil (that should melt the glue) but it was so hard, with the result that i lot of my lashes are gone. I really don't recommend that service here.

Ket is really good at getting you feeling comfortable and giving words of support if you aren't a regular brazilian waxer... if you know what i mean.

The quality of the wax was very bad - the lady seemed rushed (even though she had no clients after me) and hair was left in lots of places. Not happy with the results.
