I have been going to Romina for waxing since she opened in York and she bas been doing a great job. She is very thorough and its also great to have a chat with her during the treatment as she is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable during the treatment. The salon itself is brand new and very convenient as its opposite a multi storey car park and 5 mins from train station and the centre of town. Would definitely recommend 👍

Went to an appointment today with fiancé as our wedding is in two days, both of us have cuts on our faces due to her going over areas multiple times, even after irritation was obvious, Fiance had to stop her appointment due to pain (found it was marked cancelled so we couldn't leave a review for her) and has been crying in agony since. The damage to her face is severe enough that it will be unsafe to put on make-up on her wedding day and she is obviously distraught. Would not recommend at all.
