I booked sns with French & manicure. I have 1 chipped nail and asked if she could repair it.She added a tip but wasn’t put properly. She doesn’t know how to remove cuticles. My Nails doesn’t look good at all for French I could see the fake tip! I told her I don’t like the look of my nails. She then put color on top of the french! My nails are too bulky after how many layers! the shaping of my nails is just the worst! Will never return. By far the worst nail salon I’ve been.

Disappointing. I booked luxury so with paraffin wax treatment and they hadn't prepared it so I had to wait for 20 mins extra just for the wax to be heated which was really inconvenient and the pedicure itself was really bad. I still had lots of dead skin left on my feet. Really disappointed.

Hi Lak, this was a very disappointing experience. You are not a trained professional for massages, let alone deep tissue. I basically only got creamed in with oil. On top of it, you then tried to cut it short 10 min. Blue Ocean should stick to their nail service and not provide massages. I It shouldn't have paid tbh, but I did. 50 £ totally wasted. Never again.
