Dr Monika Laczna has been instrumental in shaping Blue Light Dental. Monika graduated from Medical Academy in Wroclaw, Poland in 1997. She then worked in private practice for five years. In 2002 she moved to London. While working in a mixed practice in London, she developed a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. She completed the MJDF diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and obtained the Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from UCL Eastman Institute in London in 2009. She opened the Blue Light Dental & Aesthetic Clinic in December 2010. In 2020 Monika appeared as one of the experts in The Parliamentary Review showcasing her best practice as a learning tool for the public and private sectors.

Gita Broka qualified Foundation Degree in Oral Health Science from the University of Essex in 2022 with a diploma in Dental Hygiene She also holds a Masters degree as a qualified Teacher specialising in Special Needs Education. She is passionate about her role and loves to learn; undertaking postgraduate training in teeth whitening, airflow treatment, radiography, and periodontal therapy. She uses a holistic and evidence-based approach to ensure her patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. She takes pride in the quality of her work, has a gentle caring nature, and operates on a pain-free basis with a talent for making patients feel at ease and comfortable. She loves to treat all ages including children and is happy to help everyone to manage their oral health and has a passion for treating patients in a way that fits with their lifestyles.

Stephanie is an experienced Dental Hygienist who trained at Kings College Dental Hospital, her qualifications also include a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, Certificate in Health Education, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontics. Stephanie provides proficient maintenance care, assessment and skilled non surgical treatment of periodontal diseases, administration of local anaesthesia if required, implant maintenance and care, tooth whitening, fluoride treatments, and fissure sealant application. Stephanie will ensure that you feel comfortable, help you to achieve and maintain good oral health, promote your general health and brighten your smile. Stephanie is a member of both the “British Society Dental Hygiene and Therapy” and the “British Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry”.

Dr. Trishna Patel qualified from the University of Bristol in 2005 and has been committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care since then. Whilst working in several practices over the years, she developed a keen interest in all aspects of General dentistry and in particular, Invisalign treatments, helping patients achieve straighter, more confident smiles. In 2009, Trishna further enhanced her clinical skills through postgraduate training at the Eastman Dental Institute, where she obtained the certificate in Restorative Dentistry. She has also completed the MJDF diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2007 reflecting her dedication to ongoing professional development. Known for her warm and compassionate approach, Trishna takes pride in making her patients feel at ease—especially those who are nervous or anxious about dental treatment.
