I get plenty of muscle aches and pains from the gym as I work on different parts of my body. Marta asks questions and listens adapts the session to address particular issues. The complex muscle group around the shoulder and neck are an issue for me, but by the end of each session, I feel like I’m walking 10cm taller, with all muscles looser and moving freely without tightness or discomfort. Marta’s approach is professional, calm and quiet which just adds to the overall sense of wellbeing.
