I recently have had an exceptional experience of a hot stone massage and reiki session with Marta. I spend most of my time in front of a screen and I often feel stuck in fight-or-flight mode, this hot stone massage was exactly what I needed. The warmth of the stones helped release deep tension and allowed my body and mind to truly switch off.
