I can't recommend Ian highly enough. I am so happy with the highlights, which tbh isn't always the case. He nailed the colour and cut I was after and I've received a lot of compliments. He also had good tips for my haircare and clearly knows what he is doing and talking about. On top of that he is a great person - fun, interesting and empathetic and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Gin cocktail was nice too!
