I'm always a bit worried about having my hair cut at places I haven't been before, as it is very heavy and long and straight and you just see a bad cut a lot more than on wavy or curly hair. However, I must say this visit left me very happy and I loved the blow dry the girl gave me - what is your name again?? :) - will be back soon, as it was a very good deal!

I had a lovely experience at blow-out: the staff were very friendly and helpful (always offering refreshments at regular intervals), the scalp massage was heavenly and my hair looks amazing! I will definetely go back and recommend it to my friends and family :)
