Because this salon is run by only two individuals (or so it seemed during the time I was there), there is not much room for flexibility if you are a few minutes late, have thick hair which takes longer, etc. I felt a little rushed and felt like there was no back up for the person doing my hair, so they may not have done their best job, once they knew their next appointment was waiting for them. Other than that, my hair turned out how I wanted and everything else was clean and staff was friendly. Location easy to get to from Putney tube station.

Had a wonderful haircut from the lovely Simonette. The haircut was well overdue as I had neglected my hair a fair bit over the last couple of months, but she got it looking fabulous in the end. When she realised I was a Kiwi, she even popped out to get a bottle of NZ wine so I could have a glass of wine whilst she cut my hair. Had a great experience and will be back.

Great haircut and really friendly staff with good coffee. Easy to find and very quick. Lovely scalp massage and wash and cut not to mention blow dry
