Brilliant! Came here for help with a really bad overly-highlighted job (from another salon), and I am trying to go dark again. Chloe has sorted it out a treat. She explained the old highlights may still break through, but this is no problem, and I will go back to her for more correction as needed. Great chat, and she kindly made me tea. Thank you Chloe!
