Chloe is lovely. She washed my hair thoroughly and made sure it was perfectly clean and also gave me a head message! The blowdry was great, and I was also given a 5 pounds off voucher for next time.. However, I'm not giving more than 3 stars because the final look didn't really look as I asked. It lacked volume at the roots and I had specified I'm not a fan of the super sleek and flat style since it doesn't suit my face shape. The overall experience was great, I guess it was simply me not making enough clear which was the result I expected.

I really enjoyed my experience at Blow Out. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and Simonette really listened to the look I was going for and offered me her advice on what looked best. I was really happy with my haircut and styling and I am looking forward to my next visit!
