The hairdresser was lovely and my appointment was overall a great experience. I was offered a tea and the hairdresser was competent and made friendly conversation throughout.
A couple of things to improve on:
Make sure to clean the surfaces as well as the magazines (both covered in hair) after every customer.
I asked for a more casual "not too glamorous" blow dry. The hairdresser seemed to understand my request and suggested a beach wave look, which I liked. However, in the end I was left with big curls that looked more retro chic than beachy. It's a good look, but not what I asked for.
I'd definitely come back, but would try to make clearer instructions on what I want the blow dry to be like.

Really lovely salon. It was clean and comfortable and the lady who did my hair was really understanding and knowledgeable. I am really pleased with my haircut and I have already booked my next appointment with this salon.
