I am very disappointed and frustrated with how my hair turned out. Even with instruction and visual aid a simple ombre colouring was not achieved. Instead I got top to end highlights which created an even less ombré effect than I already had when I started. I had to pay full price for something I didn’t ask for.... I wasn’t even offered a discount. Cut was fine and ladies were nice but bad colouring has made me never want to go back!
