Very friendly and casual, warm hospitality as if we're visiting a friend's home, but then for a haircut and treatment by professionals with great experiences and skills. They're really quick at responding and making sure their customers feel really relaxed - great conversations, and really convenient location. Way better than some top rated places in London - revealing some are amateurs overcharging :)
