Hairdresser was distracted and barely asked how I’d actually like my hair. Just went in all guns blazing. I Couldn’t get a word in edgeways. The salon was dead and you probably get what you pay for.

Rich was lovely and cut my hair just as I wanted it - didn't take too much off!
Complementary tea was also a nice touch.
