Very disappointed. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me, a treat I was looking forward to. When I arrive at the blow dry Ltd no one even looked at me or greet me. I waited 5 minutes at the till to eventually get a “ take a seat” from the lady I believe was the manager.The lady who got my nails done was very young ( 18) and it was her first day there. For the price I paid for an OPI gel manicure and pedicure I was a least expecting someone with more experience. I’m definitely NOT happy with the way my pedicure and manicure look. Didn’t even say bye or thank you or anything when it was done. Just toke the next customer in. Awful experience.
