I booked this blow dry a month in advance for a client party and when I showed up at 7:30am they had no record of my booking. They were able to accommodate me at 7:45am but the quality of my blow dry was poor, the curls were already falling out before I left the salon. Last time I was at Blow they did a great job (so hoping this was a one off) although also had problems with the booking system.
