Was told to pay an extra £10 because of my hair type despite having visited 4 times prior to this visit and have never been asked to pay a surcharge. I agreed because I’m usually very satisfied with the result bu on this occasion it was Not at all worth it at all! The blow dry wasn’t done to the usual standard. Sections were left frizzy, they were stingy with the products used, and the texture was rough. Won’t be returning to this branch.
