The stylist I booked was not the one I got. I had to wait just over 10 mins before my appointment started. The stylist did not listen to me at all and did not blow dry or straighten my roots. This was not the first time that I have had this particular stylist and had a bad experience. Which is why I had specifically booked with Jenny. Ideally I would never like my hair to be done by this stylist again.
