I liked that I could book a lunchtime appointment near work. Kaelie was lovely and welcoming. Varnish was applied quickly due to appointment over running but this was noticable only if looking closely. Overall happy with service.

I booked my appointment in less crowded hours and it was great, very clean and comfortable, nice OPI nail polish. Also good location inside Debenhams Oxford St.

Unfortunately they had an issue with hot water but they called beforehand and still did a great job. Feels like a real salon even though in a department store
