Because the appointment hadn’t been booked from your end and was lucky someone was free, as I was flying back to Australia on Monday night and wouldn’t have been able to change it and would have had to go somewhere else and been out of pocket, I would never recommend your company to anyone.

Make up artist seemed very inexperienced. I don’t think she had ever done a cocktail look before and didn’t appear confident in what she was doing. Very bubbly personality but I found the experience a bit stressful. Unfortunately the bounce from my blow dry had gone flat by the time I reached my party.
