Unfortunately there was no hot water and they didn’t remember I had booked and paid for a conditioning treatment as well as a blow dry. They were obviously up against it timing wise but it still would have been good if they could have talked me through the conditioning treatment and how it would benefit my hair rather than just race through a ‘process’. That said, my blow dry did look good in the end.
Hi there. I had an appointment book today but was half an hour earlier. It was nice they were able to accommodate me earlier - with a different stylist. Unfortunately as soon as we went to the sink to wash my hair, I was told that from at least 3 hrs there was no hot water and only had a choice then if I still want to proceed. If I had know earlier probably I would have cancelled. I did decide to go forward and the water was freezing! No discount or clear information at the till. quite a disappointment as I’m a regular customer. Hopefully they will fix it before tomorrow.. m.
