Even though my appointment had been logged wrongly on the system as being the previous day, the staff fitted me in and were helpful and friendly. I loved my braids and will definitely be going back !
Although treatwell sent me a confirmation email and message, the appointment wasn't booked. Luckily, the manager of Blow Ltd. was able to squeeze me in between sessions, but I was forced to go earlier than my original booking. The service from Blow was great - nice washing, blow dry better than expected (using many tools and products) and the make-up was very professional. I was offered a glass of prosecco, which improved my mood after the stress of not finding my booking. The only negative surprise was that eyelash extensions was not included.

Great convenient salon however had a long wait between hair and makeup so overall time there was just over 2 hours. Had lovely Prosecco though and they were very apologetic saying there was a mix up with the bookings. Both people who helped me were very good.
