Wasn't greeted & then had to wait 40 minutes to be served. Appalling service for customer who had already booked. Hair not washed, rushed treatment & results were mediocre at best. Will not return.

I’d previously had a lovely experience at this salon , but the guy who did my hair on the day was really rude , couldn’t care well about the service he was providing, I was so unhappy with the end result and had a really poor experience , which is a shame because a lot of the staff there are wonderful !
