My first time there was better than the last one. Two hairdressers did my blow dry at the same time in order to save time. I feel that there was a rush and thus the result was not so good. My hair were still wet when I left. They should manage and organize better the appointments.

Was quite hot as the air con wasn’t very strong and it was a hot day! Staff were lovely. Not the most relaxing experience due to being in a department store, but nice for a quick blow dry.
