The lady that has done my nails came late, didn't apologise, always jumped to serve other customers and didn't remove all the layers. I was very disappointed.

Probably could do with a staff member manning the front desk/till area, as my stylist had to keep leaving me to attend to customers in that area. Otherwise good service and good value.

The lady was a bit late, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. My manicure was not too bad, but it did have “air bubbles”, I presume it’s because the layers didn’t dry properly.
