I had booked this appointment via Treatwell weeks ago. On the day there was no record of my appointment but they were able to fit me in half an hour later. Not sure whose fault this was. Not ideal as I was on a tight schedule. I was offered a drink. Blow dry OK nothing special. Not asked about style before shampoo (i.e. straight to basin) not asked which shampoo I’d like. No towel for wet hair when walking to chair just a bit of flimsy material. No mirror offered to see back of hair when finished. Felt rushed. Staff were friendly though. Probably won’t go here again.

Staff were good, didn’t have to wait at all, just wish they would have spent a little longer on my hair - felt slightly rushed!

Appointment Didn’t happen as they didn’t have the appointment in their system and were definitely not going to help me or book an another one. The manager was short, unhelpful and not really interested in sorting anything for me. Such a shame as would have become my regular place as close to work.
