Seriously under-impressed with this. Scalp burnt by blow dry. Curls didn’t stay in for longer than an hour, scalp was itchy & hair greasy by the early evening. Didn’t get glossing treatment I had also paid in advance for. Would have gone back in person to complain but couldn’t as had meetings & a dinner to attend. Staff friendly but they aren’t proper hairdressers. Place is nice enough but will never go again & can’t recommend it at all.
