Excellent blow dry as always. Good value for money. Only issue was as I had booked the night before through Treatwell, my booking hadn’t turned up on the system when I arrived. Staff were lovely and managed to fit me in later which was great

The blow dry was good but the directions were not. The salon is within Debemhams, and they have appointments before rest of the store is open. Unfortunately that means you can’t go in from the main doors but by an entrance around the back. There’s no explanation of this in the emails or at the location and that caused problems for me - I ended up having to move my appointment and reschedule other plans which wasn’t great and was totally avoidable. Blow needs to sort this out.
