the staff was nice but unfortunately my blow dry didn't stay smooth and in order over night...it lost shape and my hair looks I blow dried them...

First appointment they cancelled 30 minutes before due to employee sickness. Tried again another day and that time I arrived at the salon to find that they had no record of my appointment (although I had treatwell confirmation). Claimed no one had put it in the system. I am sure they do nice blow dries. Despite 2 confirmed bookings I have just not been able to experience that!

A very friendly stylist, and very efficient. Also offered me a tea, which was an added touch. What would have made it even better is if she took an additional 5-10 minutes to thoroughly dry the top layer of my hair, as it was slightly damp when I left. My blow dry only lasted about a day, when typically it last's 3.
