Uncomfortable chairs with portable mirrors for all customers, not a very comfortable setting. Hairbrush used on my hair was a pre-used one. Blowdry was done strangely with minimal technique but with pinning back each section after drying and then letting all pins loose at the end which resulted in a mess. Not a good experience at all.

Lovely staff but my file and paint was terrible. Only did one coat of polish and 3 nails had chipped that evening, 8 nails chipped within 24 hours. Maybe they’re diluting the polish? Not worth the cost of getting them done as had to remove the polish within the day due to the chipping.
